How will I receive access to my licences?
We will create your account in the Blancco Management Portal using the email address provided during the purchase process.
Blancco will then automatically send you an email with the subject line: "Welcome to Blancco Management Portal”.
In that email, you will find instructions on how to set your portal access password.
What information will I receive from Acrecenta?
In addition to access to the Blancco portal, we will send you:
- Your purchase invoice
- Details of the licences purchased
- The expiry date of the licences
- Instructions for downloading and using the software
How long does the activation process take?
The process is usually completed shortly after payment confirmation. In some cases, it may take longer outside business hours or if manual validation is required.
Do the licences have an expiry date?
Yes. In the email you receive from us, we will clearly indicate the duration and expiry date of each licence purchased.
Where can I download the software?
All software associated with your licences will be available directly from your Blancco Management Portal.
Once you have configured your access, you will be able to log in to the portal and access the relevant downloads. In addition, our team will send you an email with instructions for downloading, activating, and using the purchased licences.
Is there a licence limit per purchase?
Yes. Through the online shop, you can purchase up to a maximum of 50 licences per order.
If you require a larger volume, you can contact our team and we will prepare a proposal tailored to your needs.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. We offer special terms and discounts for purchases of more than 50 licences.
If you require a large number of licences or a customised solution for your company, contact us and we will advise you with no obligation.
Can I return or cancel a licence?
Due to the digital nature of software licences and the associated activation process, cancellations and refunds are not accepted once the order has been processed.

If you experience any issues with access, activation, or software downloads, you can contact our team and provide:

- Email address used for the purchase
- Description of the issue
- Screenshot of the error, if possible
